handling and insurance

A small handling and insurance fee applied to all orders. The cost varies depending on where you live.

VIC, NSW, QLD, Perth, TAS, SA - $6.00 per order
Country QLD - $8.00
NT and country WA (south of Broome) - $8.50
Broome and above, WA $9.00
New Zealand
North Island NZ $8.00
South Island NZ $10.00

Delivery Times

Your order should be delivered to you within 7-10 working days from when payment is received or notification of a deposit into the Lorraine Lea bank account shows up on our bank statement.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange items that are returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please include payment of $9 to process the exchange. Goods can be exchanged for a different item or a credit note to be used within the next 12 months. The return form was included with your parcel of goods, or download and print this form.

Please fill out the details on your return form and send it to the address in the bottom right hand corner.

Gift cards

A great way of shopping is to use our gift cards. They are available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 for your convenience and are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Payments

You can pay for your order online by going to the Party Payments page and entering your details. You will need your order number and host surname. You can pay for your individual portion of the party order, or the entire amount. Just edit the total amount shown as owing to match your payment.

Refund to Credit Cards

We can only refund to a credit card when your order has been paid for by that card. When returning your item, please fill in the details of your credit card on the return form.
